WHEN
ORDERING
Please look at the size of your item as it is sometimes difficult
to judge by a picture alone how large an arrangement will be. That
is why we posted the approximate sizes of the arrangements. Though
we are sure you will be please with your order, we don't want you
to be expecting something bigger based on an Internet picture.
PLEASE BE SURE TO TYPE IN THE CORRECT ADDRESS OF WHERE YOU ARE SENDING
YOUR BOUQUET. Returned bouquets will result in additional charges.
Most Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days of the day
an order is placed.
Please note that all orders ship out of Bloomingdale, Illinois.
So, allow time for any UPS orders to arrive at their destination.
SHIPPING
We will make every effort to have your package arrive on your specified
day. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot
guarantee a package will arrive on a specific date. Rural areas
may require additional time.
Please use extra care in entering the "ship to" address.
Incorrect addresses result in added charges by our local delivery
service and UPS and these charges will be passed on to the customer.
Some items have a surcharge due to their unusually large size or
weight.
We cannot be responsible for deliveries for which we are given a
wrong address or zip code. You will be billed for the full amount
of your order if your package is undeliverable due to address error.
If your package must be redelivered you will be billed for the additional
redelivery charge.
We
are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

DELIVERY
OF CHOCOLATE
Chocolate Shipments outside the Chicagoland delivery area:
Most of our bouquets contain chocolate and during the summer months
are susceptible to heat damage. We therefore cannot ship certain
chocolates via UPS during the summer months. We will substitute
other candies like M&M, Payday Bars, Skittles and other heat
safe candies in place of our standard chocolate bar arrangements.

your package is not deliverable by our local service we will ship
your package via UPS. (See terms and transit times of UPS shipments)

When
do we deliver?
We deliver locally (View Local Chicagoland
suburbs we deliver to) Monday through Saturday. Please be aware
that orders placed after 9 a.m. (CST) will not be shipped until
the next business day. So place your order the day before in order
to have your gift arrive on time. Our delivery service picks up
all local orders at 9 a.m. that morning.
Saturday
and Sunday Deliveries
Saturday deliveries are only available within our Chicagoland delivery
area (see list of that area) Sunday
deliveries are not available.
Specified
Delivery Times
We are sorry, but we cannot guarantee a specific time a package
will arrive. Delivery times are determined by our delivery service
and are out of our control.
Hospital Deliveries
Hospital deliveries are only available to our local delivery area
in Illinois. We cannot ship UPS to any hospitals outside of our
local area. Please, before you place your order, be
certain that the patient is still registered in the hospital otherwise
a second delivery charge of $11.00 will be charged to your account
for orders that are returned to our store. And if it must be redelivered,
that will result in another additional $11.00 delivery charge from
our store. If you are at all uncertain about a patients stay in
the hospital, have the package delivered to their home.

POLICY
We will not sell your information to any other party or use your
private information for any other purpose other than Candy In Bloom
private mailings or e-mail updates. If you wish to unsubscribe and
not receive any e-mail updates unsubscribe instructions are on each
e-mail. We will not sell your phone number to any other party. We
ask for your home phone, business phone or cell phone for the sole
purpose of contacting you with any questions that may arise while
processing your order. We ask for the phone number of the recipient
only for delivery purposes.

We are confident you will be pleased with the high quality products
we use in our bouquets and professional designs of our candy bouquets.
But, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your bouquet,
please return your bouquet and Candy In Bloom will refund your order
in full.
GENERAL INFORMATION
To avoid disappointment, order early. Each bouquet is handmade and
supplies are limited. We reserve the right to make necessary substitutions
of equal or greater value. Prices are subject to change. Warm weather
may prohibit shipping chocolate and sugar-free candy.
